چکیده
Biogas slurry application offers an alternative to chemical fertilizer in realizing ecologically recycling agriculture. However, the responses of soil fertility and microbial communities long term use biogas need be explored different types regions. We investigated effects repeated applications over six years on properties characteristics a fluvo-aquic North China Plain. The experiment, with equivalent nitrogen inputs, comprised: (BS), (CF) or substitution half (BSCF); control treatment had no addition. Soil samples, at depth 0–20 cm, were collected for their physicochemical properties. Microbial community diversity composition was using high-throughput sequencing. treatments tended lower bulk density while increasing water-holding capacity water-stable aggregate mean weight diameter. Organic carbon available nutrient concentrations (nitrogen, potassium phosphorus) enhanced all fertilization relative control, especially BSCF treatment. Significant differences detected between treatments. resulted greatest most evenly balanced assemblages both bacteria fungi phylum level. There clear associations changes environmental variables caused by Bacterial alpha associated particularly total nitrogen, pH, potassium, whereas fungal more related potassium. Half gave improvement structure availability this greater better communities. Our results suggest that partial is complete it benefits topsoil soils. It also represents promising approach biogas-linked agroecosystem restores sustainable coordination cropping animal husbandry under intensive production regime.

Effects of Combined Application of Biogas Slurry and Chemical Fertilizer on Soil Aggregation and C/N Distribution in an Ultisol
Unreasonable use of chemical fertilizer (CF) on agricultural soil leads to massive losses of soil organic carbon (SOC) and total nitrogen (TN) in tropical and subtropical areas, where soil conditions are unfavorable for aggregate formation. This study evaluated the effects of combined application of biogas slurry (BS) plus CF on soil aggregation and aggregate-associated C/N concentration and st...
متن کاملLand-use types and soil chemical properties influence soil microbial communities in the semiarid Loess Plateau region in China
Similar land-use types usually have similar soil properties, and, most likely, similar microbial communities. Here, we assessed whether land-use types or soil chemical properties are the primary drivers of soil microbial community composition, and how changes in one part of the ecosystem affect another. We applied Ion Torrent sequencing to the bacterial and fungal communities of five different ...
متن کاملLinkage between N2O emission and functional gene abundance in an intensively managed calcareous fluvo-aquic soil
The linkage between N2O emissions and the abundance of nitrifier and denitrifier genes is unclear in the intensively managed calcareous fluvo-aquic soils of the North China Plain. We investigated the abundance of bacterial amoA for nitrification and narG, nirS, nirK, and nosZ for denitrification by in situ soil sampling to determine how the abundance of these genes changes instantly during N fe...
متن کاملAmmonia-oxidation as an engine to generate nitrous oxide in an intensively managed calcareous Fluvo-aquic soil
We combine field observations, microcosm, stoichiometry, and molecular and stable isotope techniques to quantify N2O generation processes in an intensively managed low carbon calcareous fluvo-aquic soil. All the evidence points to ammonia oxidation and linked nitrifier denitrification (ND) being the major processes generating N2O. When NH4(+)-based fertilizers are applied the soil will produce ...
